This Agreement for Coworking Space (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Your Company Name], a [Your State] corporation with its principal place of business located at [Address], (“Company”) and [Client Name], with its principal place of business located at [Address], (“Client”).
- Services:
Company agrees to provide Client with the use of coworking space (the “Space”) located at [Address], including desk space, conference rooms, and other common areas (collectively, the “Services”).
- Term:

- Fees:

- Limitation of Liability:
Company shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury to Client, its employees, or its property arising out of or in connection with the use of the Space. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Governing Law:
